If your phone numbers aren't available in the Cloud PBX, it's worth checking whether they've been assigned to the Cloud PBX.

We’ll show you how to do this step by step.

1. Open the phone settings

First, please go to my.easybell.

There, please click on “Phone Settings” in the left-hand menu bar.

Alternatively, you can also click on “Manage Phone Numbers” directly in the my.easybell dashboard.

2. Manage phone numbers

The phone settings for businesses are divided into two tabs: Connections and Phone Numbers.

Please switch to the "Phone Numbers" tab.

3. Assign a phone number

For each phone number, the system displays which lines it is assigned to. This means you can immediately see which phone numbers are assigned to the Cloud PBX.

If you want to assign a phone number to the Cloud PBX, please click on it.

4. View details of the phone numbers

To assign a phone number or an entire block of numbers to the Cloud PBX, please click "Change Connection" in the upper-right corner.

For phone numbers, you can also extract individual extensions and assign only those to a different connection. Then click on "Create New Extension." During the wizard, you can then select the Cloud PBX as the connection.

5. Change connection

Now, under "Change Connection," open the dropdown menu and select "Cloud PBX."

Then click “Assign.”

After a few seconds, the phone number for your Cloud PBX will be assigned, and you can now assign it to a resource or a user.
